  • Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and details.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order:

  2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to cancel.

  3. Our team will confirm if your cancellation is possible based on the order status.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned following our Return and Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. Please keep this in mind when requesting cancellations.

  • We only ship within the United States, so cancellations for international shipping do not apply.
