2. How long will it take to process my order?

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard shipping transit time is 4-7 business days.

  • Total delivery time, including processing, is 5-10 business days.

  • All orders are shipped via Free Shipping within the United States.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.

6. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer if the return is due to a wrong order.

  • Return processing time is 7 days from the date the package is received.

  • All returns are handled by mail only; we do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

  • Prepaid return labels are included with your order. If lost, contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
